I don't really understand what "halte onbekend" and lijn without a number mean... plus 2 times the cost of 4 e..?

Something seems to have gone wrong with the check-in or check-out at the HTM. It is strange that there is no check-in or check-out. It is best to contact our customer service to have this repaired.
