When could i receive my new invoice every month?

You will get an invoice every month on the day after the starting day. So if your season ticket originally started on the 24th of the month, say, then you will get an invoice every month on the 25th.

I see my bank account deduced 20e with description below:

but I don’t find the invoice in my NS account? Why is that?

Your subscription may not be linked to your account correctly. You should contact customer service directly to have them look at this; they can fix this if this is indeed the case, and look into this problem further if it isn’t.

Hi E.G. Dagnew,

You can download the invoices in your My NS-account under ‘My payments'.

If you can't find the invoices there, your subscription may not be linked to your account correctly. See the answer from Tochjo above for instructions.

Firstly, note that it may take a while after the invoice is received before the money is deducted from your account. The date mentioned in the invoice is no more than an indication.

Having said that, if NS was unable to withdraw the money from your account automatically, you will receive an email informing you that automatic payment has failed which contains instructions on how to pay manually.

Payments often take place on Mondays, but because of Pentecost (Whit Sunday/Monday) it will probably happen tomorrow or later this week. Just wait a few days.

This is a predicted payment, could happen any day or with a different amount.
