INVOICE TOO MUCH


Hi !

Thank you for all of your efforts. 

I founded a unexpected costs at the last invoice.

It was NS FEIT- 36 EURO. 

Actually, I have never used NS FEIT service by over time. 

I always checked in and out in 24 hours at the parking lot. 

 

Furthermore, since last month, I rejected with unknown reason at the bike parking lot in Almere centrum. When I try to call on the spot at the gate but there was no answer. So I had no choice but I am using other paking lot.(There were two parts parking spaces in Almere centrum)

 

I am doubting this reason relates the unexpected invoice costs. 

Please Check the my problem.

I wish to get solution not only over cost, but also using parking lot again.

NS Fiets is for parking your own bike at a station. 36 euro means 61 days at € 0,60 per day (first 24 hours free), so apparently something went wrong when checking your bike out en then back in two months later. Contact NS Customer Service.
