Hi all,

I wanted to change my subscription online, but it says there is an administrative charge of 10 euros?? But i think if i chat with customer service and they change it for me, there is no charge? It doesn't seem right?

Because i was trying hard to reach a customer service agent (because of the administrative charge), i was literally waiting for hours unsuccessfully for a chat agent, so much so i only managed to change my subscription the next day , meaning one day late. Does anyone know if i will be charged for the full month and whether i can appeal it?

You can change Flex-subscriptions any day. The costs are calculated on a per-day basis, not on a per-month basis. If you've already been charged a full month, you will be reimbursed for the remainder of the month.

The administrative charge of € 10 is shown when changing subscriptions, but will not actually be charged at the end of the process.
