I ordered an OV-chip card more than two weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived.  Or maybe they tried to deliver it but I wasn't at home at the time.  The situation is a bit complicated, I moved a few weeks ago in a new building that has been almost renovated and I still don't have a mailbox and an intercom.  Now I don't know where my card is.  Does anyone know what to do?  It would be good if they would refund my money so I would order a new OV-chip card.  I have proof that I paid it.

An OV-chipcard is delivered by regular postal mail. You don’t have to be home at the time of delivery.

You should contact the OV-chipcard customer service by phone at 0900-0980 to inform about the card's status. Note that it is not uncommon for a card to be delayed, although you should have received it after two weeks.
