I lost my altijdt vordeel card , can't find how to stop it totally ???

I lost my card, I want to cancel it asap as I dont want to pay for someone travelling with it. I found it crazy complicated and my accounts and cards are all mixed between OV chip and NXS companies, its a mess. I dont know the end date of the card I lost . Only know the number .


 

So I can only change the plan online, and the cancel function makes it a NS flex basis card. But it does not stop it from working so this is bad. I need to stop this card from working / destroy the card / how can I stop it ?

 

I will have to pay again the card itself and have it sent again , how can I do that ? I need a new card.

If you have a Mijn NS account with the card linked, you will see the expiry date below your card and product information on the homepage.

With that info, you can block (and replace) your card via https://www.ov-chipkaart.nl/en/replace-or-terminate
