I'm inquiring about a refund

Can I get a refund for the payment of 14.28 euros since two tickets were paid from Denhag Central Station to Eindhoven Central Station today?

    If you bought two identical tickets, my advice is to contact our customer service so they can check if a refund is possible.

    If they were for the same name and date (and paid for), contact NS like @Lorena NS advised.
