Ik vraag mijn steeds af waarom lopen mensen op een overweg als die gesloten is en er trein aankomt ieder keer zie ik het, maar ik denk dat alle machinisten wel van die zulke mensen gezien hebben. Ik een tip WACHT TOTDAT DE LIGHTEN GEDOOFT ZIJN.

stopbus i.v.p trein

Ik moet 2 april naar Hilversum sportpark, maar als ik op de reisplanner kijk zie dat er stopbussen rijden. Heeft iemand er ervaring mee en hoe zit met in en uitchecken en ik weet niet zeker of de 40% dan mee pakt

wrong correction fare

Hi NS, I swapped my ov (3528 XXXX XXXX 7712) card to check out in Roermond station about 17:30ish 22 Mar 2025 before I left the station. Screen of the machine notifiy it is check in, so I swapped again, there is an error, seems like can not check in twice. About 2 hours later, I came back and swapped the card at 19:27 pm for check-in. Screen of the machine show it seems in Dutch. I do not read Dutch. So can not confirm 100%. Later the NS inspector swapped my card showed I did not check in the train, today I recieced email that showed I have to pay 50:00 for correction fare. I do not think the correction fare is fair because I definitly swapped the ov card for check-in and check-out at Roermond station, but the machine did not correctly record my check-out at 17:30ish and recognize the intented check-in as check-out at 19:27 pm. Thanks
